What is Salestalk?
Salestalk is a cloud-based communication platform offering dialers, auto dialers, and hosted PBX systems for businesses, call centers, and sales teams. We help you streamline your outbound calling and manage your phone system with ease
What’s the difference between a Normal Dialer and an Auto Dialer?
A Normal Dialer allows manual or semi-automated calling with unlimited calls and texts. An Auto Dialer automates the dialing process entirely, allowing for predictive, power, and preview calling modes.
Do I need special equipment to use the dialer?
No. All you need is a device with internet access. Our dialers are web-based and work with standard headsets and microphones.
What is Hosted PBX?
Hosted PBX is a virtual phone system that runs over the internet. It includes features like IVR, voicemail, call forwarding, extensions, and more — without needing physical phone system hardware.
How many users are included in the Hosted PBX plan?
Our standard Hosted PBX plan includes up to 13 users. You can contact us to add more users if needed.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes, we offer number porting so you can keep your current business phone numbers.
What are your monthly pricing plans?
Normal Dialer: $45/month + tax
Auto Dialer: $120/month + tax
Hosted PBX: $750/month + tax (includes 13 users)
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No hidden fees. A one-time setup fee may apply for customized PBX or integration work. All standard plans include onboarding support.
