These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Salestalk’s services. By signing up for, accessing, or using any Salestalk service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or continue using Salestalk services.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By creating an account, activating services, making a payment, or using any Salestalk product or service, you automatically enter into a binding agreement with Salestalk and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
Continued use of the services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
2. Use of Services
Salestalk provides cloud-based communication solutions, including outbound dialers and hosted PBX systems, primarily for customers in the United States and Canada.
You agree to:
Use the services only for lawful, business-related purposes
Not engage in spam, fraud, harassment, robocalls, scams, or illegal activities
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
TCPA
CAN-SPAM Act
CRTC regulations
Any applicable local or international telecommunications laws
Salestalk reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice, if violations or abuse are detected.
3. Billing, Payments & Plans
All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes
Services are billed in advance, unless otherwise stated
Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
Failed, reversed, or late payments may result in service suspension or termination
Standard Plans
Normal Dialer: $45/month + tax
Auto Dialer: $120/month + tax
International Dialer (international calling enabled): $135/month per license + tax
Hosted PBX: $750/month + tax (up to 13 users)
Custom plans, licenses, add-ons, usage charges, minutes, or third-party services may be billed separately.
4. Usage-Based vs License-Based Billing
Pay-As-You-Go plans are billed based on actual call usage (CDRs/minutes)
Unlimited or per-license plans are billed as a fixed monthly fee, regardless of usage
CDRs are available only for usage-based (Pay-As-You-Go) periods
License-based plans do not generate usage-based billing records
Invoices issued by Salestalk are the official and final record of all charges, payments, credits, and refunds.
5. Service Limitations & Fair Use
Salestalk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for disruptions caused by:
Third-party carriers or providers
Internet service issues
Customer hardware, software, or misconfiguration
Force majeure events
“Unlimited calling” is subject to fair and reasonable use. Salestalk reserves the right to restrict, throttle, or terminate accounts involved in abusive, excessive, or prohibited traffic patterns.
6. Data, Privacy & Security
Customer data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties
We may collect contact information, usage logs, and system data for service delivery and support
Call recordings, logs, and contact lists remain the property of the customer
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and any other applicable data protection laws

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Billing Disputes
Services may be canceled at any time by emailing info@salestalk.pro
No refunds are provided for:
Partial months
Unused services
Usage already incurred
Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date
Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charges
9. Account Suspension & Termination
Salestalk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Non-payment
Violation of these Terms
Illegal or abusive usage
Actions that threaten platform stability, compliance, or reputation
Outstanding balances remain payable after termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
Salestalk shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue, profits, customers, or business opportunities
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Downtime, misconfiguration, or misuse of services
Failures caused by third-party carriers or providers
Salestalk’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Modifications to Terms
Salestalk may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Salestalk operates.
