Salestalk provides cloud-based communication solutions, including outbound dialers and hosted PBX systems, primarily serving users in the USA and Canada. Services are intended for lawful, business-related communications only.

Users agree:

  • Not to use our services for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity

  • To comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CRTC rules

  • That we may suspend or terminate service for violations


2. πŸ’³ Billing & Payments

  • All pricing is listed in USD and excludes applicable taxes

  • Services are billed monthly, unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle

  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

Plans Include:

  • $45/month + tax for Normal Dialer

  • $120/month + tax for Auto Dialer

  • $750/month + tax for Hosted PBX (up to 13 users)

Custom plans or add-ons may be billed separately.


3. πŸ“ž Service Limitations

  • Salestalk is not responsible for call delivery delays or interruptions caused by third-party carriers, internet issues, or customer-side hardware

  • “Unlimited calling” applies to reasonable and non-abusive use only

  • We reserve the right to restrict accounts using the service for high-volume robocalls or prohibited traffic patterns


4. πŸ” Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy. All personal and customer data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

  • We may collect basic contact data and usage logs for service and support purposes

  • Call recordings, logs, and contacts remain your property

  • You are responsible for maintaining GDPR, HIPAA, or local compliance if applicable

  • Services can be canceled anytime by emailing us at info@salestalk.pro

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services

  • In case of billing disputes, contact our support within 7 days of charge

Salestalk is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, customers, or business opportunities

  • Damages resulting from system downtime, misconfiguration, or misuse

  • Delays or errors caused by third-party providers or carriers

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days of service.
